About
Hey everyone!
I'm Finn and welcome to this bi-weekly newsletter publication! For anyone interested in diving into public policy, academic research, presenting at conferences sanctioned by organizations like (EU, NATO, DHNB, etc) and publishing peer-reviewed material, you've found the right place.
The Perrin is undergraduate-led but also one of the first national think tank organizations to work with both high school and college students! We're just starting out, but we hope to be a platform that gives a voice to the unheard, resources to the dedicated, & results to the most actionable. Thus far, we have published to 3 federal agencies that have recognized, processed, and posted our sectional amendment propositions (NASA, U.S. Department of State, and the Federal EPA).
In the storm of recent years, it has become increasingly apparent that youth have not been raised to understand the functions of the government and global economy. It was only after a conversation with Mr. Cline, Harvard Ventures Future Founder, when I began wondering how many of the world's global youth are being raised understanding the framework of public policy and governance. Understanding the rights of a citizen from a comparative point of view and access to government resources like the Federal Register (federalregister.gov and regulations.gov) is integral in forming a more perfect society—but more importantly, a self-amending world!
This platform gives highly ambitious students from across the world to learn more about their role in the decision making process (as detailed in state code, the APA, and the UN Policy Labs). Through a holistic analysis of applicants, we aim to provide scholars with a segue into the industry they are interested in with a core understanding of its policy framework's operational sequences!
This newsletter aims to inform. That's all. It aims to let you know when, where, what with, and how it can give you this segue. A path that will grant access to a network of likeminded/ambitious future policy-makers, world leaders, lobbyists, tech founders, entrepreneurs, and researchers.

See you in the next issue!
